Kevin Owens took over commentary duties in place of Corey Graves two weeks ago, and that resulted in his suspension. Now, he is set for that return in a segment that could see him seek revenge on Grayson Waller and Austin Theory as the blue brand airs on FS1.
Ringside News exclusively reported that Kevin Owens’ WWE suspension won’t last long. Now, we have that confirmed from the company, as they announced a segment with KO a short time after our report ran.
Kevin Owens was suspended because he knocked out Grayson Waller. This week on SmackDown, KO will be a guest on the Grayson Waller Effect.
WWE made the announcement for this segment, adding even more to the SmackDown before Survivor Series. Only time will tell what happens there, but Owens will likely want to knock Waller out.
SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis permitted Owens to be a commentator with the condition that he refrained from engaging in any physical confrontations. However, this agreement did not hold, as Waller and Theory deliberately provoked Owens, prompting him to attack both of them. Aldis took notice of these events and imposed a suspension on The Prizefighter.
The Street Profits will also challenge The Judgment Day in an Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title Match on FS1. That should be a big match.
We will have more on this story, and so much more, right here at Ringside News. You never know what will happen next, because news could break at any moment in the pro wrestling world.
