NJPW fans watch the company from all over the world. Sadly, several of them had issues when they were trying to watch the World Tag League event. Now, the company has issued an apology on the matter.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling issued a public apology after their feed for the World Tag League event was disrupted. Several fans reported issues with the feed, as it kept causing problems for the stream.
In the apology, NJPW explained that there was a loading error while pulling up the stream. This was apparently only an issue for those using Android, Android TV app, or the Fire TV app. There was also an issue with the language commentary track switching as well.

We have acknowledged that the below disturbance is occurring during the live streaming of 2023/11/20 WORLD TAG LEAGUE 2023 Tokyo・Kourakuen Hall. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience it is causing.
【Viewing with Android OS app】 Loading error is occurring while watching live streaming using Android OS app/ Android TV app/ Fire TV app.
【Viewing with Web browser】 While viewing the live streaming using web browser with PC/ Smartphones, the live commentary changes to the other language.
The above disturbance are under investigation. We are truly sorry for the trouble it is causing with the renewal of the service. The engineering team is working on improving each issue. We are sincerely sorry for all the trouble.
Hopefully, NJPW can correct whatever the issue was for the World Tag League event. It appears that they were having a technical nightmare for that show.
