Toni Storm made her way to AEW after a disappointing run on the WWE main roster. She certainly had a solid run as the Interim AEW Women’s Champion, but that saw it end at Full Gear last year. A year on, she won the title back but decided to skip the media scrum by handing Khan a letter. Now Storm has revealed the contents of the letter.

Ringside News provided full coverage of AEW Full Gear. It featured a lot of memorable moments and incredible matches that made sure fans were at the edge of their seats throughout the event.

This included Toni Storm defeating Hikaru Shida to become a 3-time AEW Women’s Champion. She was also supposed to be part of the post-Full Gear AEW media scrum, but she bailed on it by giving Tony Khan a handwritten letter, which he read out.

Toni Storm took to her Instagram story afterwards and uploaded the handwritten letter for the world to see. Naturally, she also tagged Tony Khan in the story there for good measure.

Dearest Antony,

Please excuse my absence at your little scrum. I had to board an aeroplane. I am going to Peter Lawford’s beach house for the weekend. Nevertheless, I am still your new AEW Women’s Champion and I expected to be lauded as such, on the Turner Broadcasting Station(Give Ted my best!) If you MUST talk about me, do be kind and don’t drink so much coffee!

Forever Timeless,

Toni Storm

We will have to wait and see how Toni Storm will be booked in the coming months as the AEW Women’s Champion, as fans are certainly happy to see her become the champion after so long.
