Roderick Strong debuted on the April 26th episode of AEW Dynamite, where he came to the rescue of Adam Cole during the latter’s feud with Chris Jericho. He now has a primary role on AEW television thanks to his storyline with MJF and Adam Cole. That said, Strong was part of a scary spot on Rampage this week.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Rampage, Roderick Strong squared off against Action Andretti in a singles match. During the match, Andretti hit a Spanish Fly on Strong and didn’t stick the landing, resulting in Strong landing directly on his head. Strong would finish the match despite the spot.

Fans were obviously concerned for Roderick Strong’s wellbeing after the match. Bryan Alvarez took to Twitter and noted that Strong was okay after the horrific spot. Strong would also comment after his match, making it clear his neck is truly strong.

The word is he’s OK, I have no idea how.”
