Ronda Rousey May Be Gearing Up For ROH Debut

Update: Ronda Rousey did make her in-ring debut for ROH after the November 17th AEW television tapings.

Original: Ronda Rousey, was seen behind the scenes at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, for AEW Collision and AEW Rampage, the shows leading up to Saturday’s AEW Full Gear 2023 pay-per-view. It appears that she also brought her gear along for the trip.

According to PW Insider Elite, there is talk behind the scenes during the AEW taping on Friday night that Rousey might be gearing up for a match against Athena in Ring Of Honor. We will have continued updates on that story.

Ronda Rousey teamed up with Marina Shafir to face Athena and Billie Starkz in a tag-team match at the Wrestling REVOLVER: UNREAL event on Thursday night. That may only be the start of things for the Baddest Woman on the Planet.

The match began with an intense face-to-face encounter between ROH Women’s Champion Athena, who proudly displayed her title, and Ronda Rousey, who showcased her Judo black belt.

Ronda Rousey reportedly brought her gear with her backstage at the AEW shows this evening. We will have to see what happens next here.

It would be interesting to see Ronda Rousey compete for Tony Khan’s company. At this point, anything is possible, and Rousey certainly has the freedom to do as she pleases.
