At times, they base their choices on what feels suitable in the moment to effectively engage the audience.
Tony Khan cited the instance of creating considerable excitement around the Wembley Stadium show announcement as an example. He also noted their efforts in raising awareness for the December 1st on-sale date. Nevertheless, there are occasions when Khan derives enjoyment from surprising the audience, as seen with the Continental Classic tournament announcement.
