Latest Odds Indicate CM Punk Is Still Possible WWE Survivor Series Surprise

WWE Survivor Series 2023 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 25, at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. Fans can catch the action live on Peacock, and we have some possible spoilers for the most likely winners. It also seems that the identiy of the 5th babyface Survivor Series member is also a huge matter of discussion.

BetOnline has recently unveiled the early betting odds for WWE Survivor Series, which also encompass predictions for the fifth member of Team Rhodes in the Men’s WarGames Match. Among the contenders, Randy Orton, who has been absent from the scene for some time, stands as the favored choice with odds of 1/3 (-300), indicating strong confidence in his potential return to the matchup.

For the record, Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE’s mindset about CM Punk’s return isn’t likely to change due to fans chanting for him at events. There were CM Punk chants heard during WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. CM Punk chants also popped up during Shinsuke Nakamura vs Akira Tozawa’s match on RAW. That being said, WWE realizes that fans are chanting for CM Punk. That doesn’t mean WWE is any closer to inking a new deal with CM Punk.

Other options in the running to be that 5th babyface team member include Kevin Owens at 7/4 (+175), CM Punk at 4/1 (+400), John Cena at 8/1 (+800), Brock Lesnar and The Rock both at 10/1 (+1000), and Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa sharing odds of 16/1 (+1600).

Furthermore, the betting odds for the Men’s War Games Match itself heavily favor the team comprising Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Seth Rollins, with odds set at -400 (1/4). In contrast, their opponents, The Judgment Day, are currently listed at +250 (5/2) for an upset victory.

In the WWE Women’s World Championship Match, Rhea Ripley, the reigning champion, maintains a commanding lead with odds of -2000 (1/20), while her challenger, Zoey Stark, trails behind with odds of +700 (7/1).

The WWE Intercontinental Championship Match sees Gunther, the current titleholder, as the strong favorite with odds of -5000 (1/50), while The Miz carries outsider odds of +1000 (10/1). It appears that GUNTHER is a strong favorite for that match.

We will have to see what happens next. Randy Orton is very likely to make his big return at Survivor Series. Still, some people are holding hope that CM Punk will return, and a few fans may place some money on the idea as well.
