This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite had a lot of things for fans to sink their teeth into, whether it was the Sega-sponsored Street Fight or the engaging promo battle between Adam Page and Swerve Strickland. That said, AEW is no stranger to making botches and the company hilariously botched the name of a former Champion during a match announcement.

When a rundown of the go-home edition of AEW Collision started during Dynaite, fans couldn’t help but notice one major botch. On the graphic advertising the special Friday edition of Collision, a match between Dax ‘Hardwood’ and Rush was shown.

Obviously, his name is spelt as Harwood without the extra ‘d,’ so it was a major botch on AEW’s part. Regardless, such botches have become commonplace in AEW and they might not be changing anytime soon.

We will have to wait and see how this week’s episode of AEW Collision will perform, as it will be going head-to-head with Friday Night Smackdown. Odds are, it will be a repeat situation of AEW Dynamite and NXT from October 10th.
