Drew McIntyre turned heel and joined the Judgment Day’s team for WarGames at Survivor Series. Since then, fans are even more certain that Randy Orton will return as the 5th babyface team member in that match. Now, the idea of him showing up on RAW next week is even more special.

There is a prevailing belief that Randy Orton will join forces with Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, and Cody Rhodes at the upcoming Survivor Series premium live event in Chicago. Together, they will confront Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh in the Men’s WarGames Match. It was previously reported that the 5th babyface team member for WarGames will be announced before Survivor Series.

In the aftermath of Monday’s Raw, where McIntyre aligned himself with Judgment, betraying Jey Uso and forming an alliance with Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes hinted at the impending return of Randy Orton. The esteemed WWE veteran has been out of action since May of the previous year and underwent fusion back surgery late last year.

According to Cagematch, the next episode of Raw, scheduled for November 20th, will unfold in the same arena where Orton had his last match in 2022. On the May 20th 2022 episode of WWE SmackDown, RK-Bro los tthe RAW Tag Team Titles to The Usos in a title unification match. The belts have been the Undisputed Tag Team Titles ever since. That event went down at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the same venue for RAW next week.

Moreover, it marks exactly 18 months since Randy Orton’s last appearance on WWE television. These synchronicities add an element of intrigue to the prospect of Orton’s comeback, generating anticipation among the WWE Universe.

As you remember, Ringside News exclusively reported in May 2023 that Randy Orton’s WWE return was already in the plan, and a date was set after SummerSlam season. Also, Ringside News exclusively reported that Randy Orton’s WWE return is coming soon. We also exclusively reported that, at no time, was an RK-Bro reunion part of any plans.

We will have to see if Randy Orton makes his return during the November 20th episode of WWE RAW. Since that is the go-home show before Survivor Series, odds are that they will have a big angle to really drive home the hype for the premium live event. The Viper’s return could very well be a huge surprise to pull off.
