WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus has accomplished a lot in the business and paved the way for future generations of women’s wrestlers. She had an extended program in WWE earlier this year against Becky Lynch and now Stratus has made it clear that she doesn’t rule out winning her 8th Women’s Title in WWE.

Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus’ feud dominated WWE television for several months and it ended at WWE Payback, where they squared off against each other in a steel cage match. Stratus would lose the match – which ended up being the last match of her run with the company so far.

While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Trish Stratus revealed that the original idea was for her run to end at WrestleMania 39. Afterwards, Stratus made it clear she feels winning her 8th Women’s Title in WWE would be a good idea.

“It just kept going and going. I got to do things I didn’t get to do, right? Ladder Match, Saudi Arabia, Cage Match. To be able to dip my toes into the current landscape and check boxes that I wasn’t able to check back in the day was pretty amazing.

I could become an eight-time champ. That sounds good to me. Why not?”

Only time will tell whether WWE will have something significant planned for Stratus next, as fans would love for the WWE Hall of Famer to have one last run as a WWE Women’s Champion.
