WWE Superstars risk it all every time they step in the ring. You never know when something can go wrong, and sadly, it seems we have another Superstar who is out of action with a concussion protocol.
It was previously reported that Ricochet is under concussion protocol. He isn’t the only WWE Superstar who is dealing with a similar injury, because Fallon Henley is also hurt.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez noted that Fallon Henley has a concussion after her match against Tiffany Stratton on NXT this week. He went on to note exactly when he believes that the injury took place during Tiffany Stratton’s Prettiest Moonsault Ever.
“Fallon Henley also is in concussion protocol, and shouldn’t concussion protocol mean that you have a concussion, isn’t that the protocol? Isn’t that what that means. I am 99% it was at the end of the match, because when Tiffany Stratton was hitting the PME, because once she looks back, she goes and she can’t see where they’re at.”
“So, if you watch what happened, she looks back, and she went for the move, but I think Fallon thought she was in the wrong position, because you can see her scoot south a little bit, and she scooted the wrong way and Tiffany landed on her face, and she just smashed her head on that moonsault, and you could see immediately after she hit that moonsault that Fallon’s head bounced off the mat and Tiffany pinned her, and I’m almost certain that’s where it happened, but she is also injured.”
That Tiffany Stratton vs Fallon Henley match was originally booked for Halloween Havoc Night 2. It didn’t go down, as Stratton attacked Henley before the match. Then it went down this week as an Iron Survivor Challenge match. Sadly, that contest didn’t end well for Henley.
We’re hoping for the best when it comes to Fallon Henley’s injury. This is never anything that she planned, and NXT could certainly use her services on their weekly television show. Hopefully, she can heal up soon and pass all concussion protocol along the way.
