Mandy Rose Admits She’s Surprised By Lack of Interest in Pro Wrestling Return

Mandy Rose was NXT’s top performer and Women’s Champion, with a title reign that sat at 413 days. However, that all changed after she lost her title to Roxanne Perez back in December last year. She was let go by WWE and it infuriated fans in a big way. It has been almost a year since her release and Rose has now admitted she is surprised she still doesn’t have the itch to make her pro wrestling return.

Mandy Rose was let go from her WWE contract due to content she posted behind her premium content paywall. It was reported that Mandy Rose was not even given an opportunity to take down her premium content before her WWE release.

While speaking to Busted Open Radio, Mandy Rose talked about her pro wrestling hiatus. The former WWE Superstar admitted that she is surprised she still doesn’t have the itch to make her pro wrestling return.

”To be honest, I haven’t really got the itch yet. I’m actually a little surprised. I thought that I would get it, as we just said, coming up on almost a year, but I really haven’t. I do miss certain things, don’t get me wrong. I miss the camaraderie, I miss my friends over there.”

Mandy Rose also accused WWE of firing her over not being able to monetize her premium content. Mandy Rose also isn’t against making her way to AEW. We’ll have to see what the future holds for the former WWE Superstar.
