WWE and AEW are in the same business and many will naturally compare the two companies with each other. There are also members of Tony Khan’s roster who are incredibly loyal to the company that gave them their big break.

Will Hobbs entered AEW after he spent years trying to break out in the pro wrestling world. WWE was even aware of him, but they never inked him to a deal. Now, he is a prominent force in All Elite Wrestling.

While speaking to Chillin with ICE, AEW star Powerhouse Hobbs commented on the company being in competition with WWE.

“We’re on the same level as them. We’re their competitors. They’re on national TV, and we’re on national TV. We go head-to-head. We’re right on them. We’ve beat them in ratings at times. We’re right there on their neck. There are two major companies in this business, and it’s WWE and AEW. We’re right there with them.
