Kevin Kelly is a veteran professional wrestling announcer who has worked for various promotions such as WWE, ROH, and NJPW. Kevin is known for his passionate and knowledgeable commentary, as well as his backstage roles in production and booking. That said, Kelly admitted how stressful his job can be.

Kevin Kelly had to leave for a while due to his obligations to work the G1 Climax 33 tournament but has been back in the fold for a long time now. Many fans also feel that Kelly struggles in his work.

While speaking on AEW Unrestricted, Kevin Kelly talked about his current role as a commentator on AEW Collision. Kelly admitted that it can be stressful, adding that he is still adjusting to the live nature of the show. This is because he was used to NJPW’s style of commentary, where things weren’t live.

It’s been fun, and exciting, and thrilling, and very stressful all at once,” Kelly said. “I can’t assume that anybody knows anybody, so I have to tell everybody’s story like they’re seeing and hearing them for the first time.

I have not done [live] television in 20 years. I don’t have that time in AEW. That’s been the biggest adjustment for me — everything is happening so fast and the moment’s gone. And then it’s like I think of it later, but it’s too late.

We will have to wait and see how Kevin Kelly will continue to perform his duties as part of the AEW Collision commentary team, as some fans have complained he isn’t suitable for the job.
