WWE will host Crown Jewel this Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it will be streamed on Peacock. The pre-show is slated to start at 12 pm ET, with the main card following at 1 p.m. ET. This event signifies the second WWE show in Saudi Arabia for 2023, and, as Ringside News exclusively reported, it marks the last match of the year for Roman Reigns.
Although it was previously reported by PW Insider that John Cena was already in Saudi Arabia, that is apparently not the case. He will arrive around the same time as Roman Reigns, but that won’t be until tomorrow night.
BWE posted behind their private X account to let fans know that Roman Reigns and John Cena will arrive in Saudi Arabia on Friday. They are not around the country yet, but the two will be there well ahead of WWE Crown Jewel.
“Both John Cena and Roman Reigns arrive tomorrow night.”
Ringside News will have complete coverage of WWE Crown Jewel. The event will go down on November 4th at 1:00 PM EST, which will be another afternoon event for fans on the East Coast. Those on the West Coast will get an event that starts at 10:00 AM, which will still be a nice change from the norm.
The WWE Crown Jewel card includes numerous significant matches. These bouts feature WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins taking on Drew McIntyre. In another match, WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley will defend her title against Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Raquel Rodriguez. Additionally, WWE United States Champion Rey Mysterio is set to face Logan Paul, and John Cena is scheduled to wrestle Solo Sikoa.
WWE is not holding any press conferences for Crown Jewel, reportedly because the location isn’t ready to hold such events. Only time will tell if they go back to press conferences the next time they make a trip to Saudi Arabia, but the pro wrestling world will certainly be paying a lot of attention to that kingdom over the next few days.
