Impact Wrestling, a staple in the world of professional wrestling, saw a dip in its viewership on the October 19, 2023 episode, and the numbers don’t lie.
According to the ratings wizards over at SportsTVRatings, the October 19 edition of Impact Wrestling managed to pull in 77,000 viewers. Now, while that’s certainly not a number to scoff at, it’s a significant drop from the previous Thursday when the show raked in a solid 97,000 viewers.
The drop in viewership has sent shockwaves through the wrestling community as it marks the lowest viewership Impact has recorded since December 2022. Wrestling fans are left wondering what might be causing this decline and if the promotion can bounce back.
In terms of the coveted 18 to 49 demographic, Thursday’s episode posted a 0.01 rating. This rating is in line with recent weeks, indicating that while the viewership might be slipping, Impact Wrestling still holds a certain level of consistency with its core audience.
