The pro wrestling world is full of differing opinions, and many arguments can pop up throughout the course of any given day. Although some discussions revolve exclusively around pro wrestling, there are a few that come up with roots in much more serious topics.
Konnan saw a post on X that encouraged people not to get the COVID-19 vaccine. This is something that hit home with Konnan, so he replied to let this account know that he disagrees.
“Well it saved my life douchebag…dude and im serious I could a F what u think or say about me, your comments are as irrelevant as u are..#EAD”
That account, called They Live Truth, then fired back a reply to Konnan, as they got him to reply, which boosted their tweet’s signal.
“Saved your life? LMBO! Explain WHY I didn’t wear a mask or get vaxxed & I’m fine? I DIDN’T stay home & barricade myself in my house like you did. I was out & about W/ZERO fear. Why am I not dead? I truly feel sorry for you man. BTW, it’s better to be pissed off than pissed on.”
Konnan responded to this fan as he explained exactly why he got the COVID-19 vaccine. “Because I’m autoimmune compromised due to end stage renal disease…so I’m more susceptible than you are to viruses and such.“
Chris Jericho decided to fire back with a reply toward this fan as well. In a now-delete post on X, Jericho told this fan off while inviting him to slide into his DMs in a very profane fashion.
“Hey They Live…fuxk right off. You wanna talk sh*t to my bro k-Dogg? I’ll give u my address and we can discuss in person. And I’m totally serious. DM me motherf*cker. Following your bitch ass now.”
Chris Jericho deleted that post, but plenty of fans still caught a glimpse of what he said. Obviously, Jericho is not going to let people talk that way about Konnan, as he stands up for another one of his close pro wrestling associates.
We will keep our eye on this story, and so many more in the pro wrestling world. Only time will tell what happens next, but you never know what will show up when you log onto social media at this point.
