WWE is holding another Women’s Breakout Tournament this year, and the tournament is already underway. However, one NXT Superstar was pulled from the tournament this past week and now the reason for their exclusion has been revealed to be a wrist injury.

Jakara Jackson was scheduled to take on Arianna Grace in an opening round match for the NXT Women’s Breakout tournament. However, she was pulled from the match and was replaced by Brinley Reece.

According to a report by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jakara Jackson is currently out of action due to a wrist injury, which is why she was pulled from the match.

“Jakara Jackson suffered an injury, believed to be a broken wrist, and that eliminated her from the NXT breakout tournament.”

Jakara Jackson is currently part of the Meta-Four stable with Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, and Lash Legend. We will have to wait and see when she will be able to return to the squared circle, as Jackson certainly has a lot left to prove after her unfortunate injury.
