AEW brought a big show to Texas for Dynamite this week. Sadly, it doesn’t seem that their trend of struggling to fill up venues is going to get any better.

Ringside News provided complete play-by-play coverage of the entire night’s show. It was quite a show in Texas, and they also saw a historic moment as Sting announced his retirement from pro wrestling.

Sting announced that he will retire after AEW Revolution next year. We’re not sure what will happen with his contract, but his in-ring days will be over. They were able to shoot that scene from the ring in a very specific way, but they had to avoid showing a great portion of the seats.

AEW brought Dynamite to the Fort Bend Epicenter in Rosenberg, Texas, and it was reported by Wrestle Tix that they brought in 4,457 fans. A video from the crowd during Sting’s retirement announcement that really showed how many fans were in the building isn’t the best look.

You can check out the video below that showed off exactly how many fans were in the venue in Texas for Dynamite this week. It certainly isn’t about pro wrestling as a whole, because WWE had to open up limited view seating in San Antonio for SmackDown this week to accommodate even more fans.
