WWE has a locker room full of talent in NXT who can’t wait to get a chance to perform on the main roster. A few NXT Superstars have been called over the past several months to perform for the Main Event television tapings before RAW kicks off every week, and it appears that the company has no intention of that changing.

Just this week, WWE invited Trick Williams and Nathan Frazer to perform on Main Event. Frazer even had a backstage altercation with Dominik Mysterio while he was there.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that, while it is uncertain if Triple H is responsible for this call, the inclusion of WWE NXT Superstars on WWE’s Main Event show is likely to continue.

“While we’re not sure if it was specifically a Triple H move, we’re told the decision to have NXT talent on Main Event will likely continue.”

WWE has brought a lot of NXT Superstars up to the main roster, and this is a real treat for fans before RAW goes live every week. The company also gets a better look at talent, as they get to perform in a much larger venue than the NXT Arena.

Only time will tell which NXT Superstars get a chance to perform on Main Event next. It appears that this trend is not going to change any time soon. After all, the NXT brand is also getting a much larger focus right now in general.
