EC3 Didn’t Get A Pay Increase To Kiss Sonny Kiss During Indie Match

EC3 is still working hard on the indies, and he is NWA World Champion, even though his WWE days are behind him. He has connections with people all over the pro wrestling landscape, including former AEW star Sonny Kiss.

Former WWE star EC3 responded to the news of Sonny Kiss’ release from Tony Khan’s company. He seemed to have found this information out during the interview, and he went on to discuss their history on the independent wrestling circuit.

EC3 is an experienced figure in the wrestling industry, with previous stints in TNA and WWE. EC3 and Sonny Kiss also once shared the ring during their time on the independent scene.

During an appearance on this week’s episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 recounted the story of their encounter and the moment he shared with Sonny Kiss in the ring. He expressed surprise upon learning that Kiss was no longer part of the All Elite promotion.

“Was he? oh man, I am going to call him. You know and then what did we do that for? 75 people in attendance and I didn’t get a pay bump for it, but I knew there would be an opportunity that A – probably the video will go viral, but B – it helps him get over. He Had a good career, still has the potential of the great one.”

We will have to see what Sonny Kiss does next in his career. At this point, EC3 certainly could share the ring with Kiss once again. Only time will tell if they will get another chance to create a viral moment, but EC3 seems to have good memories of their first experience in the ring together.

EC3 is still controlling his own narrative, and it seems that he also doesn’t want a pay bump if there’s a chance that they can get the Internet Wrestling Community talking.
