Cody Rhodes Apologizes to Fans for Shocking Title Loss After WWE RAW Concludes

Cody Rhodes’ stock in WWE continues to rise every single week, as he is undoubtedly one of the company’s most beloved babyfaces right now. Unfortunately, he and Jey Uso lost the Undisputed Tag Team Titles on RAW this week and he would then apologize to fans for the loss after RAW went off the air.

Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso defeated Finn Balor and Damian Priest for the Undisputed Tag Team Championships to at WWE Fastlane, much to the delight of fans. Fans believed they were in for a lengthy tag team run with the duo.

However, as seen on Monday Night RAW this week, Finn Balor and Damian Priest became the new Undisputed Tag Team Champions again after Jimmy Uso came out and cost his brother Jey the match.

After this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW went off the air, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso were outside the ring looking dejected. Rhodes would then apologize to the fans in attendance a couple of times before asking if they at least had fun during the show.

It is not known why WWE decided to abruptly end Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso’s Undisputed Tag Team Title run, as fans felt they could have achieved so much more in the coming weeks.
