Last week’s episode of AEW Collision took place in the Huntington Center, Toledo, OH and on was track to becoming a sell-out after reducing ticket prices to $10. This ended up being a success as they sold a lot of tickets and now the viewership for the show is finally in as well.

According to Wrestlenomics, the October 14th episode of AEW Collision drew 504,000 viewers. In the coveted 18-49 demographic, the show did a 0.14 rating. This is the highest viewership that the show has recorded since August 26 this year. This is despite the fact that the show saw competition from multiple college football games.

The show featured numerous solid matches, especially Christian Cage defending the TNT Championship against Bryan Danielson. ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe also faced off against Willie Mack in a solid encounter. Adam Copeland also made his presence felt to open up the show.

The October 7th episode of AEW Collision drew 353,000 viewers as it faced stiff competition from WWE’s Fastlane Premium Live Event, which turned out to be a huge success for WWE.

As previously reported, the viewership for the October 14th episode was deemed significantly important for AEW. Only time will tell whether the company will be able to keep their viewership on the rise despite stiff competition from various avenues.
