Mercedes Mone Has Confrontational Encounter With Fan Over Asking About Her WWE Exit

Mercedes Mone and Trinity Fatu walked out of WWE well over a year ago, but it is still a popular subject of conversation for fans. It seems that the former Sasha Banks isn’t too keen to talk about it.

Mercedes Mone is with NJPW now, and she is nursing an ankle injury. She may end up in AEW eventually, and that is very much expected. It also appears that she is preparing to tell her story, and she doesn’t want to be rushed about it.

During a recent signing, one fan asked Mercedes Mone about her WWE exit, and he said that it was over the company’s creative direction. “Was it?!” Mone fired back in a confrontational way.

The fan then said, “that’s what I read,” and she fired back with two sarcastic “ha’s” and a “no.” She was very blunt in the process, and she didn’t seem too happy about his line of questioning. It also seems that she had no time to tell this fan her story.

Mercedes Mone asked, “why would I tell you?” She then plugged the fact that a book and interview are on the way. This fan said he would still read her book and watch her interview, but she didn’t give up any answers.

Mercedes Mone then encouraged this fan to “keep reading your fiction books” referring to stories about her WWE exit. She signed things for this fan, but she wasn’t about to answer his questions about why she left WWE.
