Hikaru Shida is undoubtedly one of the top stars in the women’s division in AEW and is one of the mainstays innu the company. She lost the AEW Women’s Championship during AEW All In but regained it on Dynamite this week. Now she touted being a history maker after Dynamite this week.

During the All In pay-per-view at Wembley Stadium, Hikaru Shida ended up losing the title at the event, as Saraya would win the match and become the new champion.

Hikaru Shida got her shot at the title during this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite as she squared off against Saraya for the title. In the end, the Japanese star defeated Saraya to regain her title.

Hikaru Shida took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of herself along with the AEW Women’s Championship. Shida touted being a history maker after having the longest AEW Women’s Title reign, first woman to reach 50 wins and the first three-time AEW Women’s Champion.

Fans are certainly happy to see Hikaru Shida become a champion again, but many feel Saraya’s reign was not memorable whatsoever. We’ll have to wait and see how Saraya will be booked as the champion in the coming weeks.
