Tony Khan has been having a field day on social media recently, and many of his posts have caused quite a controversy. His recent Tuesday night battle did not end the way he wanted it to, and he had a lot to say about it on social media. That being said, the owner’s views do not reflect those of his employees.

Tony Khan’s recent social media activity has seen him call WWE higher-ups “bald assholes.” TK took a shot at Shawn Michaels’ booking for NXT. He also had a lot to say about Vince McMahon’s controversies. He followed that up by shading The Undertaker and John Cena for not pulling 1 million viewers for the October 10th episode of NXT.

Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Live that he was told that the overall thought within AEW is that they want Tony Khan to put his phone away and step away from social media. Those posts are not a good look for the company, and they only make people look bad who are trying their best to overcome the controversies.

“I’ve heard that Tony needs to get off his phone and stop tweeting. You know who I heard that from? Not WWE, well, yeah from WWE too, but also from AEW. They are saying ‘will someone get this guy’s phone from him?'”

Tony Khan really knows how to stir up some engagement on social media. The impression that Bryan Alvarez left was that those in AEW are not all in with how their boss is behaving on social media.
