First Official Poster Released for ‘The Iron Claw

The Iron Claw is a movie about the rise and fall of the legendary Von Erich family, who made a huge impact on the sport of professional wrestling in the 1960s. The title of the movie is based on Von Erich’s finishing hold. Now it appears the film finally got its first official poster.

The film is set to star Zac Efron, who will play Kevin Von Erich in the movie. Besides Zac Efron, the film will feature the likes of pro wrestling legend Ric Flair and other pro wrestlers as well.

Ahead of the film’s release this year, A24 released the first official poster for the film and it shows all the Von Erich family members doing a group hug while the cast names are at the top.

MJF’s role was also confirmed in the upcoming film. The film is also set to release on December 22nd this year, so it remains to be seen whether the film will turn out to be a memorable one.
