RVD is definitely one of the most technically gifted pro wrestlers to have ever competed in the pro wrestling world. The icon even made a few appearances on AEW television and now it appears he expressed a desire to wrestle Chris Jericho in AEW.

The WWE Hall of Famer had a solid match against Jack Perry back in August and made an appearance before that as well. RVD would then team up with Hook and squared off against Matt Menard and Angelo Parker on an episode of AEW Collision last month.

While speaking with Sportskeeda, the pro wrestling legend was asked who he still wants to square off against in AEW. RVD named the likes of Jack Perry and Chris Jericho, the latter of whom he has a lot of history with.

“I need a rematch with Jungle Boy. I’d like to work with Chris Jericho, we would have an awesome match. Christian too. [Sting would] be cool, that’d be cool. I don’t know how Sting is feeling, I know that Chris is still wrestling full time so I’m sure from all my previous matches with Chris, we would pull through and amaze everybody.”

We will have to wait and see when the WWE Hall of Famer will make his return to AEW television, as fans were certainly glad to see him compete again after a while.
