AEW has several stars who light up the ring any time they are around. Sadly, a few of them are out of action with injuries, but now we have good new on Bandido’s status.

Bandido was taken out of action with a broken wrist in June. Now, it appears that the injury has healed up enough, so there is light at the end of the tunnel for him. That injury went down just a short time after he had to take care of visa issues that kept him from performing for the company.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Bandido is going to be medically cleared in “a few weeks.” This is good news for the company, because they could certainly use someone with his skill set.

“Bandido will be fully cleared in a few weeks.”

Bandido was a guy that AEW and WWE both wanted during a certain time. He obviously decided to sign with Tony Khan, and he is also enjoying the freedom that his AEW contract gives him, including picking up indie dates.

Sadly, an injury caused Bandido to lose momentum as he had to take care of himself. Now, he is gearing up for a return, so fans should pay attention to AEW television from this point on.

How do you think Bandido’s return will impact AEW’s roster and storylines? Are there specific matches or feuds you’re looking forward to seeing him be a part of once he’s medically cleared? Leave us a comment below.
