Adam Copeland made his debut at AEW WrestleDream and the whole world was shocked. They were insanely hyped for Copeland’s debut and it did not disappoint. He was also part of the biggest segment on Dynamite this week and unsurprisingly, the segment drew insane numbers.

The Rated R Superstar closed out this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, explaining why he joined the promotion. He then brought out his old friend Christian Cage and cut a promo, urging Cage to team up with him one more time.

However, it didn’t turn out the way he intended as Christian Cage had a profane response to Adam Copeland’s offer. At the time of writing, Copeland’s AEW Dynamite debut has drawn 2,251,117 views on YouTube. The videos on either side of that upload have more than 426,000 and 188,000 views as well.

These numbers are certainly impressive but Adam Copeland’s debut didn’t really help AEW Dynamite’s viewership at all. The Rated R Superstar is set to square off against Luchasaurus on next week’s show, so we’ll have to see how his in-ring debut in AEW will turn out.
