WWE Has Plans For The Way Reunion After Johnny Gargano Return

The Way comprised Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Indi Hartwell, Austin Theory and Dexter Lumis and they had a solid run in NXT a couple of years ago. After repeated teases for a long time, they finally had a reunion earlier this year but nothing much happened after that. With Johnny Gargano finally back on WWE television, the company plans on having The Way reunite once again.

As seen on the May 8th episode of Monday Night RAW, The Way reunited during the show as part of a backstage segment. Obviously, this made many fans happy as they were a fan-favorite in NXT.

However, Vince McMahon would scrap plans for The Way. That said, Johnny Gargano made his triumphant return on WWE television on Monday Night RAW this week. Naturally, fans were happy to see him back after five months.

Johnny Gargano’s WWE return prompted a fan to ask WWE insider BWE, who has a track record of nailing stories, whether The Way would reunite on television. BWE would answer that The Way will be reuniting very soon.

Now that DIY is back, any word on The Way reuniting on TV?

Dexter Lumis is now the only member of The Way that still hasn’t returned to WWE television, bu that will likely get rectified soon. We’ll have to see what WWE has planned for The Way.
