AEW gives their talent time off when the situation calls for it, and it appears that Julia Hart has a very good reason for taking a break right now. Not only did she just wrap up a nice run with a TBS Title match at WrestleDream, but she is about to say, “I do.”

Julia Hart’s undefeated streak was just broken at WrestleDream. She was unable to beat Kris Statlander for the TBS Title. Now, it appears that Hart will take some time off.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Julia Hart and Lee Johnson are both taking time off. They are getting married, and the two are taking an extended break for their honeymoon.

Hart is scheduled to take time off for her honeymoon following AEW WrestleDream. She’d announced publicly that she was marrying fellow AEW wrestler Lee Johnson. We’re not sure if AEW will be filming any vignettes for when she is absent.

Johnson is also scheduled to miss some time. He’s been a regular on ROH programming of late, taking on Claudio Castagnoli, Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty and others last month.

It was noted that they will take “a little bit” of time off, but that timeframe wasn’t specific. Only time will tell when Julia Hart comes back to AEW television, and whether she will have the same momentum she did prior to running for Kris Statlander’s AEW TBS Title.
