AEW brought Adam Copeland in, and that was a huge surprise. It may also indicate a shot in the arm for the company, one that their roster needed right now. That being said, AEW Dynamite could be a good show this week.

WrestleTix noted behind their paywall that AEW actually added more seats to Dynamite and Rampage’s television tapings this week. Adam Copeland will be on Dynamite, and they added more upper deck seats to the Stockton show.

According to the new report, AEW included the front 4 to 5 rows in the upper deck sections. Additionally, they offered the back 3 rows of the hard cam section on the far left for $20, and those seats were completely sold out. As of the publication of the report, only three rows were bought.

Ringside News also previously exclusively reported that there is an internal belief within WWE that Edge is going to AEW. A short time later, Sean Sapp reported that there is also belief within AEW that Tony Khan will ink Adam Copeland to a contract.

We’ll have to see how AEW Dynamite turns out this week, but fans will see Adam Copeland on the show. Only time will tell what he has to say, but the company wants to make sure that they can sell every possible seat for that event.

It was previously reported that Adam Copeland would be able to use the Rated R Superstar name in AEW. After all, both of those trademarks have been abandoned or are otherwise dead. Only time will tell what is next for Copeland in AEW. So, we’ll see lots of Rated R Superstar references on AEW Dynamite, and there will likely be a lot of those new t-shirts in the crowd as well.

What’s your take on AEW’s popularity as of late? Are they going to pull things up with Adam Copeland? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
