Adam Copeland made headlines when he showed up at AEW WrestleDream. Some WWE fans may have been upset at the former Edge over his move to the land of All Elite, but it appears that was not a concern internally.

Ringside News exclusively reported that the injuries on WWE’s roster over the weekend caused a lot of changes for the show. That being said, the creative team, and everyone else, was very busy this week.

Ringside News asked around about whether Adam Copeland’s AEW debut was a topic of conversation around RAW this week. We were told by a tenured member of the creative team that, “no one was really caring about Edge today.”

They had a lot more going on this week, and those concerns took priority. In the end, “Edge was not on anyone’s mind.”

Only time will tell how Adam Copeland’s time in AEW pans out. He is going to be a full-time talent, and he will get a chance to work with a lot of younger talent as well. He certainly seems excited about this new chapter in his career, but the waves from his AEW debut in Seattle did not make waves before RAW this week.

Ringside News also previously exclusively reported that there is an internal belief within WWE that Edge is going to AEW. A short time later, Sean Sapp reported that there is also belief within AEW that Tony Khan will ink Adam Copeland to a contract.
