Christian Cage is undoubtedly one of the biggest heels in AEW right now, but he also has a lot of history with Adam Copeland. Copeland made his debut at AEW WrestleDream and fans wanted to know what Cage thought. Cage has now made it clear he couldn’t care less about Copeland’s appearance at the show.

The Rated R Superstar blew the roof off the Climate Pledge Arena when he made his shocking debut, coming out to Metallingus. Copeland confronted Christian Cage after the latter’s match against Darby Allin and saved Allin from a brutal beatdown.

While speaking during the post-AEW WrestleDream press conference, Christian Cage was immediately asked about his thoughts on Adam Copeland making his way to AEW. Cage made it clear that he couldn’t care less and it changed nothing for him, as Cage doesn’t consider Copeland his friend.

”I said this in the last scrum, I don’t have any friends other than Luchasaurus. Was I surprised to see him? Yes. Did I care? Not really. Doesn’t change anything for me. I’m still the face of TNT, still the TNT Champion, I’m still the man to beat in AEW.”
