WWE has been on a roll since last year, as the company is truly in a boom period right now. Anything the company does turns to gold as it continues to sell out Premium Live Events and house shows every time. The company will also turn to Australia for the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event and it appears the company is set to give a massive boost to the Australian economy with the event.
The Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event will be taking place in Perth, Australia, on February 24 at the Opus Stadium, as fans are extremely excited for the event already.
According to The West Australian, Tourism Council WA boss Evan Hall stated that WWE’s Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event will be providing a $33 million boost to the Western Australian economy.
“This is game-changing territory. The size and scale of the events that we are bringing in: the fact that they are Australian exclusive events, we are becoming a major events destination.
The WWE, only in Perth can you see that. There is nowhere else you can see it in 2024, in the Asia-Pacific region.”
The event is expected to draw fans from all over the globe and will be broadcast live in approximately 165 countries in 25 languages, reaching more than 1 billion homes. We’ll have to wait and see whether the event will become a huge success next year.
