Arianna Grace was one of the more popular female stars in NXT when she actively competed there last year. Grace is a second-generation wrestler, as she is Santino Marella’s daughter and she has won fans over in a big way. After returning from injury earlier this year, it appears Grace claimed her father in drag inspired her to compete in beauty pageants.
Santino Marella’s daughter previously revealed that she ended up finishing in the top 20 for the Miss Universe Canada competition, which was a remarkable achievement for her in a big way.
Arianna Grace recently made her return to in-ring action at NXT Level Up. She took to Twitter and commented on a fan who pointed out how Grace paid tribute to Santina Marella, which was just Santino Marella in drag. Grace claimed that her father in drag inspired her to compete in beauty pageants.
She deserves all the tribute! She inspired me to do pageants while also promoting being a strong and fierce competitor in the ring!
It is good to see that Arianna Grace is finally back as an active in-ring competitor and even has a new gimmick to go along with her recent Miss Universe endeavor. We’ll have to see whether she will find success in NXT this time around.
