Trick Williams Set To Replace Mustafa Ali At NXT No Mercy After His Release

WWE No Mercy is this Saturday, and they have quite a show in store. Now, we have a big addition to the show after the company released one of the people who were supposed to be in a title match.

Mustafa Ali was scheduled to compete against Dominik Mysterio for the NXT North American Title at No Mercy. However, the plans were altered, and this week on NXT, a match was conducted to select his replacement.

Tyler Bater, Axiom and Dragon Lee were set to face off in a triple threat match for a shot at the North American Title. Trick Williams eventually spoke to Shawn Michaels, and he got that match turned into a fatal four-way.

In the end, Trick Williams was able to win the match and secure his spot at No Mercy. He will face Dominik Mysterio for the NXT North American Title.

WWE fired Mustafa Ali last week, and that was a rather shocking addition to the release list. The company has No Mercy coming up this Saturday, so they need to figure out a replacement for the title match he was in as well.
