Matt Riddle Could Potentially Go To AEW

Matt Riddle was one of the releases that the company handed down last week, but his firing came a day after the rest. His exit from the company came after he burned too many chances with the company, but AEW is also an option.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer expressed the idea that Matt Riddle may go to AEW. It was also noted that if Tony Khan’s company does sign the Original Bro, then they would be “rolling the dice” with the former WWE Superstar.

“Matt Riddle — there’s Mustafa Ali who could help a lot. I think Matt Riddle, Matt Riddle potentially could, but you’re rolling the dice, no doubt about it.”

It was previously noted that Mustafa Ali’s old friend, Bryan Danielson, could help grease the wheels to get Ali to AEW. Only time will tell if Matt Riddle becomes All Elite as well.

AEW has signed up plenty of people that WWE released. Their roster is full of former WWE Superstars. Only time will tell who Tony Khan signs out of this last list of firings.
