John Cena is back in WWE, and fans are really enjoying having the 16x World Champion around. That being said, a major event in Hollywood will likely pull him away once again.

Hollywood’s big writers and actors strike is over. The SAG-AFTRA Strike may have been settled, but there is still a lot more to unpack. The Writer’s Guild has reached a deal, and they are imploring studios to sit back down with the Screen Actor’s Guild. That being said, the actor’s strike could be over very soon as well.

Ringside News exclusively reported that John Cena’s current WWE run is thanks to the SAG-AFTRA Strike. We reached out to ask about John Cena’s WWE return, and how long this has been planned. We were told by a tenured member of the team that, “Cena has been discussing a return since the SAG strike.”

It was previously reported that John Cena’s current run in WWE may end early if the SAG-AFTRA Strike concludes. It appears that day is upon us sooner than a lot of people expected. It was also noted in the report that there is no concern about Cena missing any of the dates he’s already locked into appear at.

“One higher up said that if he ends up appearing regularly on TV and the strike ends, they’ll wrap up anything he’s involved in, and he’ll return to his outside projects. However, there is no concern about him missing advertised dates in the event that the strike abruptly ends.”

John Cena is also booked for a match at WWE Fastlane on October 7th. He will team with AJ Styles to take on Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa at the show.

John Cena is being advertised in Saudi Arabia as appearing at the Crown Jewel event on November 4th. There is no way of telling how many appearances WWE will have John Cena for after that, because he is only booked through October on their official schedule so far.

We will have to see what John Cena does in the next few weeks, but he will probably get the most of this run. Only time will tell how long it will be until John Cena can make another return to work this many dates in a row again.
