Spoiler On AEW Star Winning Title Outside The Company

AEW is several stars who are allowed to wrestle outside the company, and it appears that one of them picked up a championship. That being said, this is a spoiler for those who watch AAA.

Komander wrestled at yesterday’s AAA tapings in Mexico, and he picked up a title in the process. The episode has not aired yet, but this match was said to be a good one.

Komander is now the AAA Cruiserweight Champion. This title win came about because Komander’s originally scheduled match against El Hijo Del Vikingo had to be canceled due to Vikingo’s injury. Komander currently holds two titles in the promotion, including the AAA tag championship with Arez.

Komander was a good get for AEW, and Tony Khan was very happy about getting this signing for the company. He still has deep roots with AAA, and he will apparently continue wrestling for them as a champion.

Many AEW stars like QT Marshall, Kenny Omega and others have held AAA Title while they were under AEW contract. The two companies have a good relationship with each other. Now we can add Komander to that list of crossover champions.
