Cody Rhodes’ Next Opponent Possibly Hinted at During WWE Live Event

Cody Rhodes is certainly one of the most beloved stars in WWE right now. Cody’s natural charisma and relatable attitude have helped him win the hearts of many fans. Now it appears WWE is laying the groundwork for Rhodes’ next feud during a recent WWE live event.

The American Nightmare has been booked as one of the best babyfaces in the company since his return last year at WrestleMania 38. It is evident fans simply adore Rhodes no matter what.

During WWE’s most recent live event at Palm Springs, Cody Rhodes squared off against Dominik Mysterio in a match. During the match, Omos came out and interfered, as he picked up Rhodes and threw him back into the ring to help Dominik Mysterio.

By the looks of it, WWE is now laying the groundwork for Rhodes’ next feud and it will be against The Nigerian Nightmare. We’ll have to wait and see whether the feud will begin on RAW next week, as Cody Rhodes is set to kick off the show.
