WWE Fires Another Member Of Their NXT Roster

WWE cut a few members of the roster today, and we are now getting word about developmental talent who were also cut. Kevin Ventura-Cortez has confirmed that the company fired him as well.

Kevin Ventura-Cortez took to Instagram where he confirmed that WWE has released him from his contract. It seems that he has a positive outlook on the situatoion.

“Thank you WWE for the opportunity of a lifetime — going to have to take a step away. But I’ve only just begun. La estoria todavía no está terminado. Because these eyes, they never lie.”

Kevin Ventura-Cortez participated in the May 29 episode of WWE Raw, teaming with Javier Bernal in a match against Indus Sher. He had a background in college football and joined WWE after the SummerSlam 2022 tryouts.

We will have to see what happens in this situation. Hopefully, everyone who lost their jobs with WWE today will land on their feet. As always, WWE releases are always hard, especially for the talent who are losing their jobs.
