Shelton Benjamin Has Been Released From His WWE Contract

WWE is making cuts to talent today. Now we are unfortunately getting information on another member of the roster who no longer has a job. Sadly, this is a veteran performer who has been a part of some amazing moments in WWE history.

We previously reported that Mustafa Ali said he is no longer working with WWE. It was then revealed that Emma was released today as well. Riddick Moss later joined his fiancé in free agency.

It was later reported that Rock Boogs was released from his contract. Sadly, Aliyah’s name joined that list later. It didn’t take long for fans to hear about Elias’ release. Top Dolla’s name joined those releases as well.

Shelton Benjamin has taken to X to reveal that he was released from his WWE contract today. He was still very respectful and thanked everyone in WWE for this run with the company.

I have been released from my wwe contract. I thank @wwe staff , talent, and of course the fans for Everything. Something ends, something new Begins. Looking forward to my next Chapter

Many fans wanted to see another Hurt Business run, but that isn’t going to happen. Now Shelton Benjamin is off to do his own thing once again. Hopefully, this isn’t the last we see from him.

This is a sad day for WWE, because we are losing some talented members of their roster. Hopefully, this list isn’t a long one, because we’ve seen several releases already.
