MJF Responds to Antisemitic Fan Sign Incident at AEW Grand Slam 2023

During the “Grand Slam” edition of AEW Dynamite on September 20, 2023, a ringside fan displayed an offensive and antisemitic sign directed at MJF, referencing a hurtful childhood incident the wrestler had previously shared.

“They’re holding rolls of quarters and all of them decided to throw the quarters at me as hard as they physically could, and they said ‘pick it up, Jew boy, pick it up.’”

The sign read, “MJF, I dropped a quarter,” accompanied by arrows pointing downward, alluding to an offensive stereotype about Jewish people being greedy.
