WWE is making big moves in essentially every sector, and that includes television, streaming services and more. After WWE and UFC’s merger was finalized just last week, more and more changes were expected. Now it appears Hulu will no longer stream WWE content from next week.
WWE has shows such as Raw, SmackDown, NXT, Main Event, Superstars, NXT Level Up, en Español, 205 Live, Total Divas, and Total Bellas on Hulu, which has been the case for a long time now.
However, some fans have noticed that there were expiration tags on episodes, with removal dates being from either Monday, Sept. 25, 2023 or Tuesday, Sept. 26. A fan notably inquired about the expiration tags on Twitter, to which Hulu’s official Twitter account confirmed that Hulu’s streaming rights to WWE content will be expiring next week.
Hulu here! Our streaming rights to WWE content are currently set to expire, but we’ll certainly share your interest in seeing them stay in our library with our team. For now, we suggest adding the shows in your My Stuff to be notified of any updates!
It should not be forgotten that WWE had a reality show with Bianca Belair and Montez Ford in the works, which was supposed to air on Hulu. We’ll have to see which streaming platform the show will end up airing on next, as Hulu is clearly out of the picture.
What’s your view on Hulu no longer streaming WWE content? Are you disappointed by this news? Let us know in the comment below!
