Tonight promises another exciting night of action as MJF defends the AEW World Championship against Samoa Joe. Also scheduled for tonight is the AEW Women’s World Championship match between Saraya and Toni Storm. The complete match card is as follows:

Title vs Title Match: Claudio Castagnoli (c) vs. Eddie Kingston (c)

Claudio Castagnoli’s music plays and he comes out to the ring. Eddie Kingston’s theme song plays and he walks to the ring.

The match begins and both men exchange strikes. Claudio sends Eddie out of the ring. Eddie sends Claudio into the barricade. Eddie chops Claudio. Claudio fights back and sends Eddie into the ring. Eddie with a dropkick.

Claudio returns with a gut-wrench bomb. Eddie slaps Claudio and hits a German suplex. Claudio rolls to the apron. Eddie with a back fist but Claudio blocks it with his head and hits a suplex onto the ramp. Claudio stomps Eddie’s hand. Claudio sends him into the ring. Claudio stomps the arm of Kingston.

*Commercial break*

Claudio attacks Eddie in the corner. Claudio slams Kingston. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Claudio kicks Eddie but is has no effect. Claudio goes for an uppercut but Eddie counters and hits a back suplex. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Eddie with a clothesline in the corner. He chops Claudio but he absorbs them. Eddie jabs him.

Both men exchange strikes. Eddie goes for a chop but Claudio catches him and hits a clothesline. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Claudio with the anvil elbows. He goes for the Ricola bomb but Eddie reverses. Claudio hits an uppercut. Cover! 1….2…kick out. Claudio with the Ricola bomb. Cover! 1….2…kick out.

Kingston with the hurricane back fist and he follows it with a northern lights bomb. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. Eddie with a hurricane back fist and he follows it with a powerbomb for the win.

Claudio offers his hand for a handshake and both men shake hands.

A video package from last week plays where The Kingdom read out a card to Strong. Mike tells the nurse to leave. Strong gets up and calls for Cole. Cole enters the room. Tavern asks where he was till now. Mike says it was convenient for him to show up just now. The Kingdom says they have to leave for Grand Slam and leave the room. Cole says he is glad Strong is okay and he has to go be by MJF’s side for his match against Joe. Strong asks him to just go.

*Commercial break*

Renee interviews Christian and Luchasaurus. Christian says they have a ton of experience defending the TNT Championship. He says he is ready to move on from Darby but Darby isn’t read yet. He says Darby can step into the ring for a three-way match for the TNT Championship at Collision. He says Sting is not allowed at ringside. He says Darby has no chance of beating him in a match.

Chris Jericho vs. Sammy Guevara

Chris Jericho’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Sammy Guevara’s theme song plays and he comes down to the ring.

The match begins and Jericho knocks down Sammy who kips up. They both slap each other before exchanging strikes. Sammy hits a corkscrew dropkick. Jericho with a chop to Sammy. Jericho with a double underhook backbreaker. He goes for a springboard dropkick and misses. Sammy hits a corkscrew tornhillo. He sends Jericho into the ring and hits a crossbody. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

He goes for the GTH but Jericho escapes and hits the codebreaker. Sammy rolls to the apron. Jericho hits a suplex to the floor.

Sammy hits the Spanish fly. Cover! 1….2…kick out. Jericho comes back with two lariats. Cover! 1….2…..kick out. Sammy returns with a codebreaker. Cover! 1…2….kick out. Sammy knocks Jericho off the apron. Sammy hits a moonsault. He sends Jericho into the ring.

Sammy goes for a springboard move but Jericho hits a dropkick. Sammy hits a superkick. Sammy climbs the top rope and hits a cutter. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Sammy goes for the GTH but Jericho counters into the Walls of Jericho. Sammy fights out of it and catches Jericho with a knee strike. Sammy sent to the apron.

Sammy hits a cutter off the top rope. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. Sammy goes for the springboard moonsault but Jericho gets the knees up. Jericho hits the bulldog. He then hits the lionsault. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Jericho attacks Sammy viciously.

Sammy comes back with a rising knee strike and he follows it with the GTH. Sammy climbs the top rope and goes for the shooting star press but Jericho hits the codebreaker for the win.

After the match, both men shake hands and hug in the ring. Sammy low-blows Jericho. Don Callis comes out to the ring and whispers something in Sammy’s ear.

A video package plays of MJF and Cole arriving at the arena. MJF says he has been for years for this match. He says it was bad enough when he shoved him but now he is trying to take away the AEW World Title and hurt Cole. He says he is going to choke out Joe in their match. Cole gets a phone call from Roderick Strong. Cole says this is an emergency and leaves.

Sammy is walking backstage with Don Callis. Renee interviews him. Don Callis everything will be revealed on Rampage. He runs into Daniel Garcia. Sammy gets in his face but Don Callis pulls him away.

AEW International Championship: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Rey Fenix

Rey Fenix’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Jon Moxley’s theme song plays and he comes down to the ring.

Fenix goes after Moxley and they exchange strikes. Fenix with a springboard kick. Fenix dives onto Moxley. Fenix sends Moxley into the ring and the match officially begins. Fenix with the armdrag. Moxley gets up and hits him with a forearm strike. He then stomps Fenix. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

Moxley kicks Fenix in the head sending him outside the ring. Fenix is sent into the crowd. Moxley hits a draping DDT. Moxley sends Fenix into the ring. Moxley attacks him in the corner. He goes for a lariat and misses. Fenix with a springboard kick. He follows it with a cutter. Cover! 1….2…kick out. Fenix with a splash. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

Moxley recovers and hits a lariat. Fenix comes back with a thrust kick sending him outside. He places Moxley on the barricade and hits a leg drop.

Moxley sets Fenix on the top rope. Moxley is knocked off the top rope. Fenix hits a diving foot stomp. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Moxley sends Fenix out of the ring and he hits the stomp. Moxley with the piledriver. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. Moxley attacks Fenix in the corner. Fenix knocks Moxley down from the top rope and he dives onto him. Fenix hits the piledriver. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Fenix hits it again and gets the win.

Samoa Joe is backstage and he says MJF has run his mouth and told everyone about his grudge. He says he will smash MJF and will take away his championship.

AEW Women’s World Championship: Saraya (c) vs. Toni Storm

Toni Storm’s music plays and she comes down to the ring. Saraya’s entrance music plays and she comes out to the ring with Ruby Soho.

The match starts and Saraya slaps Toni. She does it again and again. Storm returns with multiple chops. Ruby gets on the apron and Storm knocks her down. Saraya takes advantage. Toni knocks Saraya off the apron and sends her into the ring. Toni goes under the ring. Ruby grabs her and Storm hits her with the slippers. Storm knocks down Saraya. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

*Commercial break*

Both women exchange strikes. Storm removes the bottom pad on the turnbuckle. She grabs the spray paint but Ruby takes it from her and passes it to Saraya who spray paints her and hits the Knight cap. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Saraya slams Storm’s face into the turnbuckle. He can’t slam her face into the exposed turnbuckle. She goes for a stomp but Storm stops her and kisses her before hitting Storm zero. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. Storm goes for the hip attack on the exposed turnbuckle and misses. Saraya hits the Knight cap for the win.

AEW World Championship: MJF (c) vs. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe’s music plays and he comes out to the ring. MJF’s music plays and he walks to the ring.

The match starts and Joe slams MJF. Joe attacks him from behind and stomps him. Joe attacks him in the corner. Joe goes to work on MJF. Joe kicks MJF and hits a senton. Joe slams MJF.

*Commercial break*

Joe attacks MJF in the corner. He goes for the muscle buster but MJF escapes and kicks Joe in the face. He hits a short-arm lariat. MJF hits another lariat. Joe comes back with a lariat of his own. Cover! 1…..2….kick out.

Joe kicks MJF and headbutts him. MJF fights back and slams Joe’s face into the turnbuckle. MJF attacks him in the corner and bites him. MJF hits the kangaroo kick sending him out of the ring.

He goes for a dive but Joe catches him with a kick and follows it with a Death Valley driver on the apron. He sends MJF into the ring. Cover! 1….2…..kick out. Joe sets up a table at ringside and slams MJF through it. He sends MJF into the ring. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

Joe removes the floor padding and hits the piledriver on the exposed floor. The doctor checks on MJF. Joe attacks the medical staff and sends MJF into the ring. Cover! 1….2…..kick out.

Joe slaps MJF. Joe goes for a lariat but MJF reverses into the Liger bomb. Cover! 1….2…..kick out. Both men exchange strikes. Joe locks in a sleeper. MJF hits him with a low blow. He takes the Dynamite diamond ring but the referee catches him. Joe low-blows him and hits the muscle buster. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

Joe locks in the sleeper hold. Adam Cole comes out to the ring to encourage MJF. MJF fights out of it and rolls up Joe but can’t get the pinfall. He locks in the sleeper hold but Joe slams him into the corner. Cole distracts Joe and MJF locks in the sleeper hold using the chain and Joe passes out.

After the match, Joe shoves Adam Cole. He then offers his hand to MJF. Both men shake hands.
