WWE ushered in a new era of the company’s history last week, as their merger with the UFC was made official. Now, they are under the TKO Holdings Group name, and that also came with some massive cuts. Vince McMahon is still back from his brief medical leave, and he’s ready for what’s next.

We previously reported that WWE scheduled a staff meeting today. It turns out that Vince McMahon was there for his staff, and he spoke as well.

According to PW Insider, Ari Emanuel, Nick Khan, and Vince McMahon were all present and addressed the meeting, which lasted approximately 12-15 minutes and was described as a motivational gathering. During the meeting, they assured the staff that WWE’s future and prospects were highly promising. The executives praised one another and highlighted the successful merger of TKO and WWE as a whole.

WWE fired over 100 employees after the TKO Holdings Group merger was made official. They waited until the Friday after the big deal went down, but at this time we have not heard about any talent cuts.

The cuts that did go down were anticipated for months, as it was widely known that there would be overlapping departments between both companies, making it more cost-effective to consolidate them. Consequently, employee morale within the company has suffered as a result.

WWE had its employees work remotely on Friday as they implemented staff reductions following the merger between WWE and the UFC under the ownership of Endeavor, now operating as one entity under TKO Holdings Group.

Despite his return to WWE in January, Vince McMahon has been seldom seen at Titan Towers. We will have to see how often he makes appearances.
