Matt Riddle’s Status Before WWE RAW This Week Is Unknown

Matt Riddle had quite story to tell about his experience at JFK airport, and he wasn’t happy how everything went down. The Original Bro accused airport security of sexually assaulting him, but then more information started to come out about the situation.

Ringside News exclusively reported that we were told that multiple attempts were made to de-escalate the situation with Matt Riddle before things got physical. It was also told to us that Matt Riddle appeared to be “heavily intoxicated” at the time. Riddle then brushed off suggestion to lodge a formal complaint. He was allegedly disruptive and caused officers to be called.

PW Insider reports that, even though Matt Riddle was booked for WWE RAW this week, his current whereabouts is known. He hasn’t been seen backstage before Monday’s show.

While Matt Riddleback had been expected back at tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw taping, PWInsider.com is told he has not been seen backstage as of 4 PM EST.

Riddle missed last week’s taping due to what was said among other WWE talents to have been a medical issue.

Matt Riddle has not competed for the company since returning from the India live event several weeks ago. Riddle was on his way home from that Superstar Spectacle when he had an incident at the JFK Airport in NYC.

We will have to see when Matt Riddle returns to WWE television. He got a lot of attention after that situation in JFK Airport. As Ringside News exclusively reported, WWE was looking into the matter after the story broke.
