Jade Cargill’s Status For WWE Television This Week

Jade Cargill is expected to start with WWE this week. That’s not to say they know where she is going just yet. There is no official word on whether Cargill will be an NXT Superstar first, or whether she will make her way to the main roster directly.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Jade Cargill is not scheduled to be at RAW or NXT this week. So, fans shouldn’t expect to see her this week on WWE television.

Sources claimed she isn’t planned for tonight’s Raw or tomorrow’s NXT as of now, but is expected to sign with the company as of now. We’re working to find out if this is for a private tryout, physicals, or if she’s reporting to the Performance Center. Almost every wrestler that is brought in or returns is required to make a Performance Center trip.

WWE has been interested in Jade Cargill for a while. She actually had a WWE tryout prior to going to AEW. That being said, WWE changed their mind about signing her.

At this point, it is unknown if the deal is done, but WWE expects to have Jade Cargill come aboard. Cargill marks the second big name to leave AEW for WWE. Cody Rhodes, who was previously with WWE, left AEW for WWE. Jade Cargill’s name is interesting, because she is the first homegrown AEW talent that WWE is getting.
